SUM Nursing College twinning with SUM Hospital in a very ideal place of Bhubaneswar , has been working gloriously since its foundation in 2004 and it has already brought laurels for itself with its in-built patterns, teaching standards, orientation programmes, practical lessons, career integration, social value system, scholastic continuation and many more.

I greatly hope that one day this Institute will be an international focus and sanctum sanctorum of the nursing world.

I have high regards for them those who are interested to make this Institute their platform for providing world services and glorification of their own lives.

The 21st Century has come up with new challenges for the health sector. New work culture and strange life-styles have started giving rise to unconventional physical and mental maladies with no end, posing a serious threat to human survival. There is a cry everywhere for a new augmented health industry world-wide with special focus on treatment and nursing services, to protect human resources and maneuverability. And as a part, the SUM Nursing College has since 2004, taken birth twinned with SUM Hospital and so designed as to make a great contribution to the Medical Services.

As the Principal of this College I am thrilled with the experiences stretching from the system of imparting education to infra structural availability to the research based practical manifestations to putting the successful students into their dserved career at last.

I congratulate the students to this Institute on their being part of this esteemed education center. I as well as skilled and laborious colleagues, am working like a drone for your future prosperity.
